What is online PT?

Online Personal Training is the best way to gain the guidance and expert knowledge of a fitness professional without the cost or commitment of one to one personal training. Evolve Personal Training Online created individualised training cycles and nutrition plans unique to you. After completing an in depth questionnaire detailing your training history, level of experience, dietary habits, likes & dislikes, lifestyle, training and physique goals a bespoke training program and diet plan are developed specifically tailored to you and no one else.

What can I expect?

Programs

A training program will be created based on all the information gathered during the initial consultation form. This isn’t just a generic program or your standard ‘one size fits all’ program you see in men’s fitness magazines. Evolve online training offers a completely unique service to clients in that all programs are created from scratch and are made to measure for whatever fitness level, age, sex, body type or personality you may have. Programs are updated every month and unlike the programs you see in magazines or online they are progressive, meaning that one plan follows on from another and develops your fitness goals linearly preventing plateaus, keeping you motivated and delivering results month after month.

It is my number one priority that clients are 100% happy with every aspect of the program and confident with the technique for all exercises prescribed. Therefore before starting out clients are sent member login details to access a whole online library of clear and detailed instructional videos on every single exercise put in the program. This is followed up with a Skype meeting where any questions can be asked, techniques clarified and discussed to ensure that no stone is left unturned. Furthermore a personalised email is sent giving access to useful articles written specifically for their training goals as well as useful tips and tricks to get the most out of the program.

Nutritional Support

I believe that the best approach to nutrition is to develop a unique strategy that works around the demands of the individual clients lifestyle. A generic diet plan does not work. Setting meal ideas that include obscure food types or are very restrictive and unpractical in nature do not work. Evolve Online nutrition plans are created from scratch and are unique to each client. Based on information gathered from the initial consultation form a nutrition plan is created that aims to have some degree of flexibility but maintains a great deal of consistency. The key to changing your body shape is to monitor food intake and keep it constant. The approach Evolve diet plans take is to calculate an individual’s daily energy requirements and manipulate food intake around this figure dependant upon the clients fitness goals.

Online support

I am 100% focused on delivering the best possible service to everyone of my clients and ensuring that everybody training with Evolve gets the results they want. Therefore I make sure I am always available to support you every step of the way. You can contact me via email, phone calls, text and Skype whenever you are having issues, need some guidance or just want some motivation. The transformation packages also include weekly Skype meetings and I will constantly be checking in with you to keep you on track and give support whenever you may need it.
